WINTER FAT BIKE GROOMING

RTA’s volunteer trail crew grooms for fat biking on the Town of Rico’s Nordic trails (east and above town). Groomed trail distances vary from 4 to 7 miles depending on temps and snow conditions. Once constructed, grooming will expand to include an "out and back" on a portion of the RGS River Trail from the Town’s new park Pavilions south approximately 1.7 miles.

RTA also throws its "Fat Bike Bash" group ride and after party to local nordic trails each year. Check out our calendar for event details.
