Cross Mountain Volunteer Trail Work Day
Join RTA and Telluride Mountain Club for a trail work day on the Cross Mountain Trail on Lizard Head Pass. Meet at 8:45 am at the Cross Mountain Trailhead parking lot on the SW end of Lizard Head Pass. Wear long pants/layers/closed toe shoes and bring gloves, water, and snacks. LUNCH PROVIDED!

Bring gloves and water. Wear pants and closed toe shoes. Socialize while improving your trails… we provide post trail work beverages! Meet at Town Hall. We will be working on the RGS River Trail’s southern entrance near the Montezuma/Dolores County line approx. 5 miles south of Rico.

Dan Holmes Ride
6th annual Dan Holmes Memorial Bike Ride (Scotch Creek, Colo. Trail/Black Hawk, Circle Trail). Meet at the Rico Fire Station at 8:30 am to ride in honor of our friend Dan.
San Juan Softie
RTA will once again host the Cross Mountain Aid Station for the 3rd Annual San Juan Softie ultra marathon that circumnavigates Rico! Stay tuned for details!

REI Durango 1 year anniversary nonprofit event
REI Durango, as part of their 1 year anniversary, will host a community event with RTA and several other non-profits to represent the great work we do in the region. Come out to see us and learn more about how you can get involved and engaged in efforts to support and protect the trails, lands and rivers that we all love so much. This is a free event and all ages are welcome.
