Rico Trails Alliance (RTA) is hosting the first ever “MOUNTAINFILM ON TOUR” stop in the Town of Rico, Colorado.
Please join us to celebrate community and a shared passion for our mountains, forests, waters and trails.

This FREE community event will feature a collection of culturally rich, adventure-packed and engaging documentary short films that align with Mountainfilm’s mission "to use the power of film, art and ideas to inspire audiences to create a better world."

Founded in 1979, Mountainfilm is one of America’s longest-running film festivals. The annual festival is held every Memorial Day weekend in Telluride, Colorado. Mountainfilm is a dynamic nonprofit organization and festival that celebrates stories of indomitable spirit and aims to inspire audiences through film, art and ideas.
RTA is delighted to bring MOUNTAINFILM ON TOUR to Rico. Our mission "to steward the regional trail systems within the upper Dolores River watershed focusing on the sustainable and inclusive recreational use, development and access of non-motorized trails"
